1. WHAT SPECIAL TRAINING DOES A FITMOM INSTRUCTOR HAVE?
FITMOM /FITGLAMMA instructors are certified as Personal Trainers or Fitness Instructors through recognized certifying bodies such as CanFitPro, the YMCA or the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and they are required to maintain their certification through continuing education each year. Instructors also have additional training and certifications in generational fitness and older age science based movement .
2. Do I need to already be fit to join FitGlamma?
Not at all. FitGlamma is designed for all fitness levels — from complete beginners to women who’ve been active for years. Every workout includes modifications and progressions so you can move at a pace that feels safe, achievable, and confidence-building. Andrea meets you exactly where you are and helps you grow from there.

5. Is this program safe if I have pelvic floor concerns like leaking or prolapse?
